Our Baguette Dompierre.
For us the baguette par excellence! Not just because it was the first Pain baked at Dompierre. It is a classic sourdough baguette whose recipe has remained unchanged to this day. Each Baguette Dompierre is made exclusively from real French T65 flour (Label Rouge certified), wheat sour, water, sea salt and yeast. Nothing else. No baking agents, no baking mix. Pure et nature, c’est ça!

Le Grand Rustique.
Crispy crust, juicy crumb, strong aroma. The Grand Rustique is a rye sourdough bread exactly how we like it! The list of ingredients is - typical for Dompierre - very short: a mixture of T80 stone mill flour and T65 wheat flour, a little rye sour, water and salt. C'est tout.
